Hannah [Throope] and Captain
Amaziah Richmond
- Hannah [1763-1845] was daughter of Hannah and Billings Throope
of Bristol, RI. Married Captain Amasiah [1758-1825] at Woodstock
VT in 1780. Amasiah volunteered as a private soldier at age 16
in the Revolutionary War, and was later appointed an officer
in the Vermont miltia. Children -

Ruth Emma [Hinman] and Dr Lemuel Richmond
- Ruth married Dr Lemuel in 1826 and is the daughter of Benjamin
Hinman of Derby VT. Children Jane Ann
[1830] and Mary [1837] who would marry Otis Hinman.
